Test of accidental movement protection device for elevator car in Xizi, Guangdong

When testing the UCMP function, it is necessary to cut off the door lock signal entering the control board and simulate the door lock disconnection when the car is unloaded and parked on the next floor below the top floor, and the hall car door is closed. So it is necessary to connect a test switch in series at the front end of the door lock circuit (see the wiring diagram below). Close the elevator door during testing, manually turn off this switch, and simulate the operation of the door lock being disconnected.

Test steps: 1. Set parameter F3-11 to 0.15;

2. The maintenance switch is effective, the elevator stops at the door area position, the function code keypad is set to F-8 and 7, and the UCMP testing function is enabled;

3. Disconnect the UCMP plugin on the KCB-B2 substrate to disconnect the door lock signal entering the system;

4. Manually press and hold the up or down button for maintenance, the door contactor outputs, the door lock is short circuited, and the elevator starts running normally for maintenance (test speed 0.2~0.3m/s);

5. After the elevator leaves the door area during operation, the UCMP module outputs protection. At this time, the elevator reports E65 (UCMP fault) and stops running (effective stopping distance ≤ 0.1M).

Reset steps: 1. When using the brake as the braking subsystem and in maintenance mode, reset the test switch, then set F2=1 on the motherboard keypad to clear the fault; The system automatically closes the door and returns to level parking. 2. When using a rope clamp as the braking subsystem, in maintenance mode, first reset the braking component, then reset the test switch, and then set F2=1 on the motherboard keypad to clear the fault; The system automatically closes the door and returns to level parking.

2、 UCMP functional testing operation steps instructions:

1. Park the elevator car at the door area position and place the elevator in the closed door and maintenance state;

2. The UCMP testing function can be enabled through parameters, either through the motherboard keypad or the operator (refer to the table below for parameter settings). After entering the testing state, the motherboard displays E88:

F3-24=2

3. Manually disconnect the UCMP test plug on the interface board and disconnect the door lock circuit (when there is an additional brake, the car auxiliary door lock circuit needs to be disconnected at the same time);

4. Manually press and hold the up or down button for maintenance, the door closing relay outputs, the door lock is short circuited, and the elevator maintenance is running at this time (test speed 0.2~0.3m/s);

5. After the car leaves the door area during operation, the hardware UCMP board module will cancel the short circuit of the door lock and trigger the stopping component to stop the car (effective stopping distance ≤ 0.1M); At the same time, the control system reports E65 UCMP fault to prevent the elevator from starting and running again;

6. Reset: The UCMP E65 fault cannot be automatically reset under any circumstances and must be manually reset

For elevators without additional brakes, when in maintenance mode, press the "Stop" button on the operator to reset, and the elevator will return to the leveling floor and resume normal operation;

For elevators with additional brakes, first reset the additional brake, and then press the "Stop" button on the operator to reset it while in maintenance mode. The elevator will return to the leveling floor and resume normal operation.

The car accidental movement protection device performs a self detection of the holding brake force every 24 hours. The specific operation process is as follows:

1. Close the car door while in maintenance mode; Without opening the brake, output 110% of the rated torque of the motor to the main engine and detect whether the traction wheel slips. If it exceeds the set threshold (30 pulses), a fault will be reported and the elevator will be stopped;

There are two options for automatic and manual monitoring; This function is enabled by default and cannot be turned off.

2. Manual detection process steps:

During regular maintenance, it is necessary to manually check the braking force of the brake. The testing method for braking force is as follows:

A、 In the maintenance state, the elevator shields the internal and external signs, executes the door closing command, and prohibits reopening the door, keeping the door lock closed; Set the motherboard keypad F-8=8

B、 Start brake force monitoring, motherboard displays E88; During the monitoring process: star sealing, operation of contactor output; The brake contactor does not output;

C、 The test is complete, the motherboard E88 disappears, and F7-09 displays the test results.

D、 When the detection is completed and the results are normal, the outbound call and door functions will return to normal. When the detection is completed but the results are abnormal, report E66 and the elevator will stop any operation.

Attachment: (1) F7-09 displays the test results and cannot be changed

When F7-09=2, immediately report E66, the fault cannot be automatically reset.

Fault reset method: When the system reports E66 fault, the elevator stops any operation, and maintenance personnel need to adjust the brake torque to the specified value (at least greater than 110% of the motor rated torque), and re perform the brake force detection according to the above method. After the detection is completed, F7-09=1, and the fault can be reset.

(2) During brake detection, the controller keypad displays E88
